Feasibility and Fit Review
We review your project to determine whether it is a strong fit for our manufacturing capabilities. We assess the product type, construction complexity, materials, and production volume to make sure we can deliver the quality and timeline you need.
Sample or Prototype Development
For new products, we develop a physical sample based on your specifications. This could be from a tech pack, sketches, a reference sample, or a detailed description. The goal is a production-ready prototype that matches your vision.
Revisions and Approval
You review the sample and provide feedback. We make adjustments — dimensions, materials, stitching, construction details — and iterate until you approve the final sample. This approved sample becomes the production standard.
Pricing and Production Planning
With the approved sample in hand, we finalize production pricing, timeline, and logistics. You will know exactly what the production run will cost, when it will be completed, and how delivery will be handled.
Manufacturing
Production begins in our Tijuana facility. Throughout manufacturing, we maintain quality control and keep you informed on progress. Every unit is built to match the approved sample standard.
Delivery and Cross-Border Coordination
Finished products are prepared for delivery. Our Tijuana location enables efficient cross-border shipping to U.S. and Canadian destinations. We coordinate logistics to ensure your products arrive on schedule.
